We opened because Norwich deserved better. Better meat. Bigger portions. Bolder flavour.Everything on our menu is slow cooked over real wood and Pitboss smokers,

seasoned with our own secret rubs, and served the way BBQ should be, piled high with sides that actually compete for your attention.

We use locally sourced Norfolk produce wherever we can, and every sauce is made in house.

No shortcuts. No corporate supply chain. Just proper food cooked by people who care about it.

From tables to Bridewell Alley

The Arrogant BBQ started two years ago with a smoker, a table, and the belief that Norwich was ready for proper Texas style BBQ.

We built a following across Norfolk that told us it was time to open the doors for real.

Now we're on Bridewell Alley in the heart of Norwich city centre, serving the same uncompromising BBQ that got us here.
