We started this because we were sick of average food and small portions. We know our BBQ is the best in the area and we’re cocky enough to say it out loud.
We’ve fed weddings that ended in tears (the happy kind), sliced brisket live in front of 100+ guests, and left people saying it was the best food they’ve ever had.
This isn’t humble BBQ. This is The Arrogant BBQ.
